Teguh is a corporate partner who specialises in public and private M&A, joint ventures and foreign investment, particularly in the financial services, real estate and TMT/digital economy sectors.
Teguh joined the firm in 2009 following his graduation with a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Indonesia, majoring in Business Law. He has previously been seconded in Herbert Smith Freehills’ Singapore office and has also worked in another international law firm’s Jakarta office. He was made partner in May 2019.
Teguh is a corporate transactional lawyer. He has advised Indonesian and international clients on the most complex M&A transactions in the fastest growing sectors of the Indonesian economy. He works primarily for blue chip multinational companies, private equity and sovereign wealth funds, and is accustomed to providing Indonesian law advice to international standards. He is active in Indonesia’s digital economy and start-up communities, often participating in related events and writing articles on digital economy and other topics.
