Yuki is a partner in a corporate group. She advises on major direct investments, infrastructure investments, telecommunications, anti-competition, mergers & acquisitions, capital markets and general corporate transactions in Indonesia. She has extensive experience in Indonesia competition law and practice. She is also a registered capital markets lawyer and a licensed Intellectual Property consultant.

Sime Darby Healthcare on its acquisition of shares owned by Ramsay in PT Affinity, a company owning and managing 3 hospitals in Indonesia, including its joint venture arrangement with Ramsay

Pirelli on its Indonesian tyre manufacturing joint venture with Astra Otoparts (of Indonesia), an affiliate of Jardine Matheson, and related land acquisition for construction of factory

Hutchison International Port Holdings on the acquisition of a majority interest in the Jakarta International Container Terminal subsequent to  privatisation of Terminals I and II of Pelabuhan Indonesia II at Tanjung Priok Seaport and the acquisition of Humpuss Terminal Petikemas, the joint operator of the Koja Container Terminal, at Tanjung Priok Seaport

AXIS on its proposed disposal of tower assets

Singapore Telecom Mobile on the proposed spin-off of its subsidiary in Indonesia

HJ Heinz on the acquisition of ABC Central Foods,  constituting the purchase of the sauce and Suprama instant noodle business

Zuellig Pharma on the first acquisition of an Indonesian pharmaceutical distribution company by a foreign investor

Navis on the acquisition of Indonesian fitness center companies
