• GIC on the leasing of units in Capital Place office tower in central Jakarta to various tenants
• a UAE-based real estate group on its potential acquisition of a luxury resort asset in Bali
• Coca Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) on various land-related matters including advisory works on zoning aspects, land title and leasing arrangement for its assets situated in an industrial estate
