- state-owned Bank Mandiri and seven Indonesian banks on US$170 million and IDR950 billion loan facilities to agribusiness company Tunas Baru Lampung
- BNP Paribas on the SPV acquisition financing of Fullerton Healthcare–RRJ Capital
- TPG and Northstar Group on the acquisition financing of Greenfields Dairy Singapore Pte. Ltd.
- Allianz Australia Insurance Limited, BNP Paribas, Mizuho Bank, JP Morgan, SMBC and Westpac on various multi-jurisdictional facility agreements for the Thiess Group with a total value of up to US$3 billion
- state-owned Bank Mandiri as the lender in a US$155 million acquisition financing for an oil and gas block in Aceh (including its related amendments and restructuring transactions)
