This helps her to give her clients, which include investment banks, financial institutions and multinationals, practical solutions when dealing with Indonesia’s financial services regulator.

• Bank Amar Indonesia Tbk, an Indonesian bank focusing on technology-based lending platform, in relation to its domestic IPO on the IDX consisting of full secondary shares owned by Tolaram Group Inc
• Uni-Charm Indonesia Tbk, a leading health care manufacturer company on its domestic IPO and Regulation S international offering
• Bank UOB Indonesia, an Indonesian bank, in relation to its domestic shelf registration offering programme (penawaran umum berkelanjutan) of senior and subordinated debt
• Omni Healthcare, an Indonesian hospital group, on the sale of its controlling stake in hospital operator Sarana Meditama Metropolitan Tbk to PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk (Emtek), one of Indonesia’s largest media and tech solutions companies, which has been expanding its portfolio to include healthcare operations
